Love their "zalads"! They give awesome portions and everything is fresh and not the filler chunks of mess you can't eat either. Also, chicken is excellent & cheddar bites too!
Considering the fact that this Zaxby's is in Wilson, it was excellent. Most restaurants in Eastern NC that depend on non-family employees have very bad service and aren't the cleanest. It's a cultural thing, can't find good help, most work only because if they don't, the state may take away welfare benefits. Most employees are just hanging around to keep the real household support (welfare) coming in. But this place is clean, food was good and service was helpful and pleasant. .... and the staff members were clean and neat with clean hair, which again is unusual for Eastern NC.
the food is always tremendous but unfortunately because of the employees i will be rating this facility a COLD HEARTED ONE STAR ! excuse my language but THOSE RATCHET UNEDUCATED LITTLE BITCHES you guys have working at your establishment are unacceptable. i tried to let it go but recently my daughter filled out an application and she called today to speak with a manager . the girl answered the phone and before speaking to my daughter she was having a side conversation with someone in the back ground laughing saying " move whatchu want whatchu want ". she finally spoke to my daughter saying " yeah hello " as if she was answering a personal phone, my daughter asked to speak to a hiring manager and the girl replied " hold up " then hung up after leaving my daughter on hold for 10 minutes. I WILL NOT BE EATING THERE EVER AGAIN !
Much better under new managemt. Manager stepped in to help with our special order. All the help were pleasant.
Ordered a salad and did not receive the dressing. A dry salad isn't very appetizing. I will give the manager, Kathy, credit she has offered to give me a new salad on a return visit.
