Excellent food! Boneless wings are the BEST ever. Restaurant was clean and service was AWESOME. I believe my server actually cares for her customers!
Definitely the worst applebees i have ever visited. Our waitress was adrian and i feel the need to clarify her name because she found it more time consuming to flirt with they guys at the bar than to do her job. We waited 30 mins for our dessert and to pay. (Keep in mind only one person got dessert out of 4 at our table) there is no point in using the computer they have at the end of the tables to call your waiter because no one in the restaurant pays attention to them. We had to go get our waitress 2x. Thats just not right. No customer should have to search for their waitress expecially when there is very few other customers in the restaurant. Wouldnt even give it 1 star if it wasnt for the fact that the food was great.
I went to Applebee's carside to go and the service was excellent. Tyler B took my order. About a minute after arrival, Tyler came out and told me that my food was not quite ready yet. Within the next 3-4 minutes,! he returned with my order. His customer service was excellent. I called to give a complement and the manager Brandon had excellent customer service as well. Thank you both!
Terrible customer service. Every single time we go. They other cities usually have better customer service, not this one.
The food we ordered arrived in a timely manner and was cooked exactly as ordered. Menu changes occur sporadically and occasionally there are food specials, with daily drink (alcoholic beverages) specials. Food quality was excellent. Our server was excellent, also. Ambience was casual and privacy was great. Will definitely go back!
