Service was horrible. Took over 30 minutes to get appetizer and that is only because I asked where it was. I asked where was our food. Finally after an hour our food comes and the steak is so small and I have maybe 20 fries. We wanted baked potatoes however they didn’t have any ready at that time. Then my daughters salad was served in a metal bowl. Waitress didn’t care at all. Others on her section were complaining. One couple was there before we were and got their food maybe 10 minutes before we did. Will not be going back to the Wilson Texas Steakhouse!
They then came out with a smaller steak and when I checked it was completely raw. They had only seared it, nothing more. So I sent it back again and asked for a manager. This is when I was informed that the man who told us all he did was run plates was a manager.
Served me two raw steaks and cut a quarter of my first steak off. Managers ether won't help or will argue with you. DO NOT GO HERE
I asked for a different one and got the one from the kitchen. I asked why I was having so many issues and he actually tried to argue with me. Finally the 12oz steak they sent me raw was refired and served medium. I called it good enough. It wasn't seasoned at all ether.
I had to send my steak back three times. I ordered a 16oz steak medium-rare. I made one cut and saw that it was nearly raw so I sent it back.
Great Texas Skillet!!! It was awesome, great flavor, and great portion! Service was a little off but the food was great.
My husband and I stopped in for what should have been a good decent meal and it was HORRIBLE!!!!! I ordered the 8oz. New York Strip and coming from Kansas City, MO I know what a decent strip steak should taste and look like. There was no way this was a New York Strip as it was 5 oz. of fat. My husband ordered a hamburger Medium Rare with onion and we laughed when he got it. It was SUPER well done and only 1 very small sliver of red onion on top. REALLY!!!!! Horrible never will we go to one of these restaurants again.
It started out on a positive note but went down hill from there. Lukewarm coffee, an order that was delayed because "the ticket didn't print." We ordered a brownie dessert and waited and waited for it. We were told "I'm just waiting on the microwave!" Finally got the brownie and it was cold. We were done! Paid our check and left.
When it came back they had cut out about a quarter of my steak in square chunk. I asked the "runner" about this and he said "I don't know. I just run plates." Needless to say I sent it back.
