Honestly, I'm always impressed considering it's a chain. Good food, good service. Much better option than Applebees
Food was good but they downsized menu and apparently downsized portions too! Unfortunately, they didn't downsize the prices. I was very disappointed especially after paying $17 for fajitas with three meats and seeing that it was more bell pepper and onion than meat. It was too expensive for the amount of food on the plate. I could've gone to a local Mexican restaurant and gotten my money worth!
Food was good and rather quick service. Love the options other than beef for a burger helps spice things up
Not a very good experience for our group lunch. There were 16 of us and they handled us like 4 separate tables. First table got food more than 20 minutes before the fourth, and food was average at best. Servers were very friendly, but inefficient process for handling a large group was the issue.
A year ago, we ate here after church, but had to wait so long for our food that we haven't been back...until today. Once again, we came after church, but 1hr after, hoping to avoid some of the crowd.. They were busy, but had some empty tables, so no wait. An hour after ordering, we left without eating. I guess we won't be back. It's sad really. I've eaten in other Chili's and love the food. I don't really understand. Restaurants want to be busy. Why wouldn't they make sure they were capable of handling a busy time that happens like clockwork, every Sunday?!?
Update: went with a group again. There were 12 of us this time, and it went much more smoothly than last time. So I added a star for now, and will see what happens next time.
