Had to press the button 2 times in 15 minutes to order. Ordered and waited 18 minutes and still no food. Went to use the restroom and was totally filthy so I left. Is there a button for negative stars?!?! O.o This place has earned it through and through.
They got my burger wrong 3 times. The last time they came out with it and it STILL had spots of mustard on it, they had the nerve to argue with me that the mustard was cheese. Well it looked and smelled like mustard and was a different color than the cheese... terrible service.
Good food.... love the 99 cent corndogs at Happy Hour. Great place for a snack!
Decent food and great drinks and shakes. No outdoor play place for the kids though like other sonics. Servers sometimes talk to each other while on the intercom with you and you can hear them talking back and forth while they're supposed to be taking your order - a little frustrating but has only happened to me twice.
Quality of food is usually pretty good. It's a nice change when you want something different from typical fast food burger joint offerings. Their frozen drinks are a strong suit. Service varies greatly.
