Always a great stay. Service great. Employees pleasant helpful. We have made Holiday Inn Express our place on most of our trips.
Tamika was wonderful, she was the attendant at breakfast. She made sure everyone was well taken care of and the food fresh and ready. She is an A+ employee! The room was clean, the bed could have been more comfortable but it wasn't the worst. Overall a good stay.
I had a flat tire and i stopped and park in their parking lot. As patrons saw me and my family ask for tools to change my tire out, they turned away with the quickness...just because we were black. I mean seriously getting into their cars and turning around. We're a Army commissioned officer; where was the compassion here. Ive never felt so low in my life.
I enjoyed my one night stay here. Braxton was really nice to us. I believe I will visit again. Didn't make it to the contential breakfast because I was too tired from driving the night before. Very comfortable bed and everything was very good!
Typical holiday Inn. Hotel is old but has been renovated in the last few years. Beds were nice and new and firm. Rooms had been updated a few years ago but bathroom was certainly dated. We paid $89 plus tax for the night for a double bed room and it included breakfast for the family. It was clean. We had room 131 and we heard the ice machine all night. Good enough for travelling and stopping on the road on the way to Florida. Outdoor pool was closed as it was winter.
