Nice Hampton but no "pantry" Rooms were fine and staff was nice.
Great location for eating and shopping and convenient to the highway. Rooms were clean and comfortable but what really made the stay was Ms. Kim every morning at breakfast. She's very personable and kind to everyone especially to our little one. She went out of her way to get him goody bag full of fun things. She made sure we had everything we needed for breakfast and even took up our plates! We stay at a lot of hotels with travel ball and this by far was one of the best stays thanks to Ms. Kim! I was visiting Hampton Inn on a business trip. I won't go into detail on how clean the hotel was or how nice the staff was, because it always is at Hampton Inn. What stood out about this trip was, I temporarily misplaced my rental car keys. I had meetings to get to. The front desk person made life very easy for me. Calling a cab, holding my luggage, ensuring everyone was on the lookout for my keys, I could go on. Blown away by the level of customer service.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, and breakfast was delicious. We will never stay here again!
Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is nice and decent spread. Plenty of chains nearby. Staff was friendly. No vent in bathroom. Ac ran loud. Room could be cleaner. When I stayed 8/17-18 3rd floor had exterior renovations going on, wall mudding. Contractors kept supplies in stairwell. Ice and vending on every floor and easy to locate (beside elevator). Decent modern decor.
