Upon arriving and getting into my room, I noticed that my hotel door would not close and was then upgraded to a bigger suite. The lady at the front desk that assisted me was awesome, friendly and very helpful. However, this was the only staff that displayed great customer service. My second nights stay was not so great. I went to get ready for bed and realized that my childhood blanket that is 23 years old, was now missing. The same lady that upgraded my room was very respectful even though she was not in the position to do much for me. The next morning I spoke with a different staff member, including the office manager who was rude and laughed in my face when I explained my situation. I asked to search the room I was staying in as well as the laundry room and was denied access to both. I am not sure why the house keeping staff thought it was appropriate to remove my belongings but I will not be back to this hotel.
It's okay - nice enough. Customer service was hit-or-miss. Renovated room was clean, nice, but not impressive. Coffee in the room and toiletries were only replaced when requested. Breakfast was acceptable but not great. There is no hot tub here despite the pictures in the reviews. The swimming pool is nice and clean.
Best Hotel Ever! Free cookies and fruits 24/7. The kids love coming here. Friendly staff and very helpful. Big suites and some of them have a door so it's like having two rooms. My complements to management and to the owner. Please pass this on!
We stayed overnight as we made our way to New Jersey. The stay was great. The room was clean and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was nice. The hotel looked new, up to date and very clean.
It was a wonderful place to stay for the night! The rooms were clean and the staff was very accommodating!
