I only selected 1 star because you have to select one. I wouldn't even give them one star. I made a payment on Monday and then they drafted another one today. I haven't been on auto draft since the 1st month. But since they failed to note my account, I will now pay overdraft fees when my phone bill clears tomorrow. The over draft fees will take my money to go home to my family for Christmas. THANKS A LOT AARONS FOR RUINING CHRISTMAS FOR ME AND MY DAUGHTER. Thanks to you we will spend Christmas alone here instead of with our family. I will NEVER come to you again!!!! I will also never recommend you to anyone I know!! 24 hours later and they still have not returned my money. 2 days before Christmas I'm paying over draft fees and spending Christmas alone..... I hope yall sleep good after ruining our Christmas!!!!
