The employees are great!
The staff there are horrendous. They never return your call and hardly answer the phone. They make promises about the rebates and promotions and when you are going to get them and it is not true. I have spend hours on the phone just trying to get my switching fees paid. I switched in September and now its almost Christmas and I still have not got them. GOOD LUCK
This location has a new manager. Once she took over this store has begun to flourish. Customer service is getting better. And this is now my go to location. You should definitely give them another try the manager that was there before is no longer there. They are knowledgeable about their stuff and they work very hard.
Long waits and staff act as if service from them is an intrusion on their personal interactions with each other.
