Poor customer service. The manager would not return my calls.
Worst mistake I ever made switching to AT&T. I was lied to many times about the service I was getting and credits to my account.
They try way too hard to sell you stuff you don't want or need.
They have sorry service called 20x a sec ago and no one came to the phone not even to put me hold this is sorry and the owner should be talked to about it actions need to be taken immediately I recommend anyone going to another store.
I've never had a bad experience at this store. Both Sirus and Dominique are great.
Get there early in the morning, if you want to be seen by the time they close. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable but by the time you get some one to work with you, you're pissed.
