Representatives are not fair and one particular (Robin) is passive - aggressive has no customer service abilities ...The gas gauge is misleading on the van. Plus there is a sign on the door "No sagging pants are allowed" l wonder who that is referring to. Terrible customer service. Recommend to patron other Uhaul companies.
