Great customer Service! The employees care about the customers in a personal level. I enjoy coming into this Saslow's jewelers location. The employees always have a smile on their face, they are helpful and patient, they are just simply awesome! Makes doing business with them a lot easier. I could go on about this place and maybe never finish. I really enjoy this jeweler and will definitely continue to do business with them and recommend others to come here as well.
The staff at Saslow's has been great in helping me sort out the "real" and costume jewelry that belonged to my late mother-in-law. They are always so kind and courteous even when I'm not making a purchase. Customer service is outstanding!!
My husband went to Saslow's with his design for my engagement ring. They created it and the wedding band to go with it. It is gorgeous. Miss Margaret and her staff are amazing. I have since bought many beautiful pieces there. They know me and my style and call me when an Adele piece comes in. I always get the warranty. It is so worth it. I bought a beautiful bracelet and managed to mangle it shortly after I got it. The warranty paid for itself. Excellent service and workmanship.
