Horrible customer service...incompetent and lazy employees. If I were the franchise owner of this store, I would fire every employee here and start from scratch. They don't know answers to simple questions about the merchandise and can't even handle simple requests.
Great customer service! Came here to buy both my engagement ring and wedding band. They were very helpful and were able to answer the questions that I had. Would recommend this Kay's to friends.
