10 years ago while living in Wilson, I began using Dr. Heron since the rest of my family did. All my family loves her and I have never had a bad visit. Once I moved back to Wilson and started going back to the new office location... I was assigned Dr. Biehl, who has also been great to work with and has a great personality. When she has not available I have seen Dr. Kiragu, whom I liked as well. The only negative comment I can add would be the wait at times can be long, but nothing out of an ordinary doctor's office wait time.
Doctors are great here. And the staff is very friendly.

Staff is very rude and cold. My Mother loves her doctor. Only reason she still goes.
I agree with the others. Staff is poor, trying to get through to make an appointment is absolutely impossible. I think its more of a system error that they are not aware of possibly.
The Doctor, DR Kiragu is simply one of the best and is very meticulous
Never had a problem with the doctors or nurses. However, when you call to make an appointment or for any reason you can never get through on the phone. And they do not call you back. What's the point of having two receptionists, if they cannot pick up the phone or call you back (part of their job). So great nurses and doctors here, you'll be treated well. If you can ever make it there, seeing as you can't get a hold of anyone of the phone as of lately.
