My husband an I were patients of Dr. Carter he's the most sweetest Doctor you will ever meet all of his nurses an Ms. Edna an Ms. Mary are too kind there was an PA there Lawrence he was down to earth he made sure you didn't abuse your meds but he treated you with love an concern an respect we were there probably 2 years Lawrence left then came Kimberly an Angel there more like parol officers never greet you with a smile Kimberly was very disrespectful to my 69 year old husband an I put her in her place they didn't like like that so then they started calling me in like every 9 or 10 days for a pill count an urine the last time Angel called me in I told her I was out of town an not coming back for a pill count she suggested I go to a pharmacy an let the pharmacist count my pills I did just that called an gave Ms. Mary the information that Monday I got a discharge letter that they would no longer treat me WOW LOL called Dr. Carter they never let me talk to him neither Kimberly nor Angel would never talk to me an they never called the drug store to get my pill count we have found the most nicest professional Doctor now I just hope Dr. Carter finds out what there doing to his patients I saw three of his patients at my new pain clinic an everyone has the same complaints I really enjoyed going there it was such a homely environment B4 those two came Everytime except maybe twice when I left there I had gotten so stressed out however I'll rate the clinic an the front desk an nurses a 10 but they can definitely find some more pA,"s

Sorry Dr Aaron Carter I cant deal with you office.folks anymore, its gone down hill ever since yall let "you know who go" last year.

deserves no stars, preconceived treatment plans.dont expect to be prescribed any opiates. His approach is to try or do anything besides prescribing narcotics .even though I've personally tried all other methods of pain relief, only opiates work for me.I.admit, I've had issues with alcohol currently sober(9 months), but this dr. is afraid of laws and medical boards and their attempt to stop dr.s from prescribing opiates. He is more concerned with review boards and pressure from anti-opiate prescribing agenda than actually helping patients with chronic pain.

Now Dr Aaron Carter is a great guy and seems to care about his patients... His office management team are some of the rudest. The PN's are in my opinion are robotic like and uncaring at best. This is what happens when you industrialise Dr Practices. This is a "get you in and out, give us your money and get out" assembly line type of place. They had me dump medicine in the toilet, because "its not illegal". They dont live in Wilson, so they dont drink the water. You cant be more than 5min late because they will charge you $75 fee, but they will still see you. As you can see they are rarely busy, accept when Dr Carter is seeing clients. They are not a client friendly outfit. Its only about your co-pay, Insurance dollars and they squeeze you for more. I will drive 45 min to Raleigh, before i ever go back to them. They seem to think if you are in a small town you have limited options, which alot of older and less fortunate people are in that situation. NOT ME!!! ill walk first.

Not overly happy with this place right now. My husband is a new patient. He has had two appointments. His initial appointment then an appointment to actually get a prescription. They day of his second appointment was Dec 22. Yes the Friday right before Christmas. They gave him a new prescription that he had never had before and they told him if he had any issues with it (It didn't work, made him sick or whatever) to call the Greenville location since they would be closed the week of Christmas. (Really a doctors office that closes for an entire week?) So I call Greenville today since this prescription is not working and my husband is in so much pain that he can barely walk. Greenville says they are not sure why Wilson would have told him to call them since he is a Wilson patient and they can not see Wilson patients. So all they could do is schedule an appointment with Wilson for next Tuesday. Why in the world would a doctors office close for an entire week and have no other options for their patients except maybe an urgent care that probably wont do anything.

I love the staff of dr.carter they are always so friendly and sweet anything they can help you with they will do their best two people that stick out to me is mrs. Mary and Angel they are always so helpful ready to answer any questions or concerns I may have.

IF I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO '0' I WOULD!
