Bad representation
The car was the worst car I rented. It was dirty inside. The front tires were bad and all over the road with the rain. Hertz rents high mileage cars and there quality has been going down hill. I might have to consider another company to rent next time.
Great customer service! The car was extremely clean and they had cars available at my scheduled reservation time. The entire reservation process was short, but thorough. I will be renting from them again!
