Enterprise went above and beyond the normal customer service, and delivered the perfect client service. The first vehicle I rented turned out to have serious mechanical problems, but they replaced it without question, and made a unexpected adjustment to the rental fee. I highly recommend this location for all your rental needs!
Enterprise is usually easy to deal with. Easy to get in and out quickly. A little more expensive than Budget, but a much better customer experience. This branch was friendly, polite, and handled everything quickly.

The pickup was quick and the staff, friendly. I was in, out and on the road in no time. The return was just as simple.
Follow up... one of the agents in Goldsboro called and told me that they had my vehicle ready. I'm thinking wonderful I'm going to have to give them 5 stars for their determination alone. Once I get there they tell me that the only vehicle they have is a truck and not the intermediate vehicle that I had reserved 5 DAYS AGO... despite a intermediate vehicle parked right outside... Long long story short don't give enterprise a second chance because they will fail you and waste your gas...
After having a decent experience the first time my second experience has been an absolute nightmare... I made my reservation 5 days in advance, I show up on the day of to pick up my rental and they do not have it. They refer me to the Goldsboro location saying that they will have it and they do not either. Long story short I am no longer using enterprise.
