Condescending staff seems unable to attend to special needs domestic animals in an appropriate and safe manner.
Excellent vet. I've been to plenty over the years and this is by far the most caring and friendly staff. They truly love the and care about the animals.

The doctors and staff are wonderful, courteous and caring. The only issue is pricing for services... a little on the high side. I like the staff enough to continue going, though!
