Super friendly and the groomers are top notch. Love taking my dog to be groomed there!
Petsmart is always friendly in Wilson. Not all staff is the most experienced in each department. But usually good and accurate knowledge can be found by asking an employee. Would recommend their perks program to save money though.
Extremely helpful during Black Friday sales. Our order got canceled without knowledge and Kirstin handled the situation better than anyone could
It never fails. Every time my wife takes our Havanese to these people they mess up his haircut. Today takes the cake. It looks like they let a 6 year old loose on him with some clippers. I really wish this site would let me post pictures. This is THE last time.
The staff is great and my dog loves it there. He always gets excited about this place every time we go, even for baths. I go from rocky mount we love them
