By far the WORST customer service. This is our third time using this place for Budget Moving Truck rentals. The first time was a breeze. The second time we reserved a truck the day before needing to pick it up, so we chalked up them not having a truck as our fault. This third time, I reserved the truck on Sunday, it is now Thursday. I called 15 minutes before my pickup time to confirm the truck is there since we never received a phone call. The woman informs me that they don't have a truck and they left me a voicemail. That is a blatant lie, I did not receive a call nor voicemail. Regardless, good customer service dictates that you continue to reach out until you are successful. So this woman gives me the number of another woman, Budget's operations manager. While she was helpful, she did not follow up with the business as she said she would so when we arrived to pick up the now two trucks, the business had no knowledge of it. Just a complete nightmare and a waste of our time, which is tight and stressful enough with a move. DO NOT GET ANY MOVING TRUCKS AT THIS LOCATION IF YOU CAN HELP IT! Pay more somewhere else to not deal with this horrible customer service.
If you pick up a cotton bale load they will load you within a reasonable time.
