Buses late, bus drivers don't care, no one answers phone at center. Too many bad experiences.
This is the central hub of all transportation in and around Wilson.
They never answer the phone and they don't update to let ppl know when they closed or not running. Some ppl don't ride the bus everyday so they don't see the posts inside the bus. So sad that they are public transportation but the public don't like them because of poor service and bad business. We need to do a petition
