Colonial House of Flowers is my favorite place for flowers, and balloons. I enjoy working with the people in the shop, and I find them very helpful. The often let me go in the cooler and pick my own flowers, and make a personal outside of the norm arrangement. They don't expect me to settle for what they think I want. They let me pick it out to be sure. When ever I need flowers for an occasion Colonial House of Flowers is where I want to go.

I placed an order with Colonial House of Flowers for a funeral and they we NOT delivered. I called and questioned where they were and the owner was not sure. I explained that the services were getting ready to end and she told me that they would get delivered to a family's member house and that did not happen. I was given a full refund but I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. It was really disappointing.
I placed an order in person for my daughter-in-laws graduation from nursing school. I specifically asked for it to be put in a basket since I knew the flowers would be used on a coffee table and we have dogs, so I did not want the water hazard of a vase. When I showed up they were just getting done and low and behold they were in a vase. The gal who took the order said they could redo them, however I was short on time. Then I was told they would last longer in a somewhat rude fashion from another employee........not the point, I ordered a basket and I paid for a basket, I wanted them in a basket. I was not at all happy. I had to take what was done and hope the dogs would not knock them over and create a mess during the party. I will not be using them again in the future.
