Chloe is so happy she's back with you. Thank you so much
This is the manner which I was spoken to under the new Dentist of this office. The new Dentist spoke as if her staff and I were beneath her because we didn't understand her "plan of care"....I am a self-pay mother of 2 patients who paid $237 before we even saw the dentist on this particular day and has never carried a balance in this office (because they probably wouldn't see your child if you couldn't pay upfront, they'd make you sign up for 25% monthly APR Care Credit....) All I'm sure that I understood is that my son arrived and left with a toothache....
We had a great first experience at the dentist. My 2 year old was a little nervous but Dr. Elmore and her assistant were amazing at getting her to calm down and relax. Her approach is very kind and welcoming.
I have been taking my girls (5yrs & 10yrs) here for a couple years now and we have been satisfied with the care and service, today was their first visit with new owner/dentist Dr. Jasmine, my girls had a great experience and Dr. Jasmine was very thorough, knowledgeable, kind and really seems to love what she is doing ! My girls can't wait to come back they said
Today I am editing my 5 star review to a 2 because yes Dr Elmore is great and you can tell she loves her job. But, her reception staff is horrible. I have been calling and leaving voicemails since November 22nd (it is now Dec 12) and finally got a call back, scheduled the Appointment, got the text alert for a different day and time that I scheduled. Called couldnt leave a voicemail because the inbox was full. Called a few more times, finally got in contact with someone who said they changed my appointment because my son was 2 he cant be seen after noon, I tried to explain he has preschool until noon but that didn't matter, I was told she would talk to Dr Elmore and call me back, that was last week and still no call back. Tried to call the last 2 days and back to getting the voicemailbox again.
British English: patronizing, ADJECTIVE. If someone is patronizing, they speak or behave towards you in a way that seems friendly, but which shows that they think they are superior to you.
