Last month I was due for an oil change. I received a call from the dealership about the time it was due. I scheduled my service appointment for a Saturday. I arrived 15 minutes early and they took my vehicle right away. I was only there maybe 30 minutes tops! It was the most prompt service appointment ever! And the service staff were super friendly. Customer service goes a long way with me and they have earned my loyalty!

In February of this year I was on the hunt for a truck. I dreaded the task as I have always compared dealing with car dealerships like going to the dentist, not pleasurable at all. Well this time I ended up at Medlin and dealt with Lee Braswell. Honestly it was one of the easiest experiences I ever had!

I would like to thank David Mitchell for a very pleasant car buying experience. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel like he was going to bat for me as we negotiated on the price of the vehicle. In the past, I have always hated to talk with any sales person, due to the fact it's such a long, time consuming process. David worked quickly and efficiently and we made a deal sooner rather than later.  Thanks so much

My husband and I checked out the inventory online and had a car in mind when we arrived. Michael Berkowicz came out and answered all of our questions. He was such an amazing and friendly sales agent to work with and was also great with kids. Dealership was very clean and everyone had a smile. Snack area was well stocked with fresh coffee, donuts and water. Overall a great experience. Thanks Michael!! So excited about my new car!!

We purchased a brand new 2017 Buick Encore today for our first time visit at your dealership. We were super impressed with your salesperson, David Mitchell. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and we felt at ease with him. I would recommend him and the Medlin dealership to anyone! I look forward to buying more vehicles in the future from you guys. I have never had such a bad serves till this day. I was giving a estimated price and it was 5,000.00 off. I was told it would be ready a certain day and it wasn't. They didn't ever bother to give me a call to let my knew. My car was in the shop for over a month and I was the one that had to call every time to fine out what was going on with my car. I has been the worst experience ever. I had to straggle for more then month with my 4 kid not knowing when i was going to get my car back. I hope you'll can better your serves.
