I never had a bad experience to friday night. i went to order 16 tall Vanilla beans an the girl on the speaker keep repeating back things nothing close to what i was saying. So i drove up to the window she look at me and turn her back an started washing things . A guy told her she had a customer at the window . She pop off a smart remark and starting talking to another employee. So i blow the horn she turn around roll her eyes and walked out of sight. That was great customer service. But cook out made the girls happy with there shakes i took them
Use to be good. Now this store is always slow. Never get orders correct. After waiting 30 minutes for a holiday frap it was served without whip cream. When I said something I was told sorry they were out. Why didn’t they say something when I ordered. They complained about being understaffed and when I said they needed to say something to the manager the server told me if I wasn’t happy I should call Starbuck’s head office. 6 dollars for a drink I waited 30 minutes for and this is what I got. Next time I’ll go to Target. I’ll never come back to this location.
Omg been getting starbucks for a few yr now never had this slow of service . I am not sure in N.Carolinia they maybe dont get the training but over 7 or more mins at the drive through and my over 12 mins and mistakes on peoples drinks . So sad
I love coming to this Starbucks! The employees are very kind and they definitely recognize their frequent customers. I have always been greeted with a smile and I never have any problems with my orders
I stopped during my travels. Spent too much time there because they forgot all about my bagel. I usually use drive thru but I needed to use the restroom. Staff was courteous. Asked for item in case that they said they don't carry. That had me stumped.
