The Arts Council of Wilson provides wonderful opportunities for Wilson's residents and visitors to not only view art but also to meet and learn from artists. I particularly like the opportunities it provides young artists, such as my son Jamie, to exhibit their art and learn from experienced artists. The Arts Council is one of the many gems you'll find in Historic Downtown Wilson.
I have heard so many great things about the work of the Arts Council and enjoyed many of their projects when I come to town. From plays, to living art, to projects that bring the downtown alive with new content it is a thriving center with passionate artist.
